phh22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment methods published on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or account tier. Deposits are credited to your phh22 wallet upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered on your phh22 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phh22 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within five (5) business hours, with GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically completed within minutes. Standard bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to two (2) banking days.

phh22's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phh22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate security on the devices you use to access phh22.
phh22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phh22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
The phh22 Platform operates under the regulatory authority and licensing oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any unresolved complaints that cannot be settled through phh22's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
